Your 1 Week Vegetarian Challenge

For years I have been trying different “diets” but nothing compares to The Eat-Clean Diet. 
When I purchased my first Eat-Clean Diet book, I read the whole thing from front to back in days and was blown away with how much I learned.  Immediately I started cooking only Eat-Clean recipes and to my surprise, they actually taste delicious, which I found to be rare with past diet fads.  I never knew that cooking with vegetables, beans and rice, could be so tasteful- even my boyfriend enjoyed it. 



Since I purchased The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged, I have been doing my best to eat vegetarian. 
I found that majority of the meals I made were without meat, or I just didn’t include it, and I felt better. 
Growing up, my parents always fed me meat, then I continued that lifestyle because it was what I knew- but since reading The Eat-Clean Diet books, that thought has shifted. I’ve realized that I’m in control of my body and my life, so I’ve started cooking vegetarian.

I was so excited when I heard about The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook as I am with any updates from Tosca and the Eat-Clean Crew.  Eliminating meat from your diet sounds overwhelming but it really is easier than it sounds. 


I challenge you to try eating simply vegetarian for ONE week. Use The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook as your bible and you will FEEL the renewal within your body. More energy, healthier skin, stronger hair & nails, the list is endless!

  1. I am so going to try the challenge.. since I have cut my meat intake down the past six months to only chicken twice a week! :)
